L&D Manager, Pre-Opening (Hospitality MNC)

Due to promising growth within the APAC region, an exciting opening of L&D Manager, Pre-Opening has opened up with our client, a top global Hospitality player.



Reporting direct to the Regional Director of L&D, APAC, you will be working closely with key stakeholders & L&D teams of the group's new property members in setting up L&D frameworks, establishing budget, and determining short and long term development goals based on existing group guidelines.



Possessing 6 to 8 years of relevant Learning & Development experience preferably in the hospitality industry, you ideally have a Bachelor' / Masters' Degree and are resourceful, engaging, and analytical. You must be prepared to travel throughout APAC (up to 30% of the time) to oversee set up & delivery work.
