• Manage technical service quality metrics for iPhone, Mac, iPad, and iPod. • Lead quality improvement initiatives/reviews. • Execute service diagnostic tool verification and test plans. • Drive field diagnostic troubleshooting flow quality improvements. • Identify product technical service training needs. • Conduct/manage testing and analysis of device returns. • Lead root cause analysis activities. • Identify and implement issue resolution; drive change. • Provide technical direction and/or direct management of others. • Travel 15-20%.

• Technical Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. • Apple Retail experience is a plus.



Job Summary


As a member of AppleCare, the Service Quality Lead oversees technical service quality for Apple products, including iPhone and Mac. This includes developing strategies for service tools and processes as well as providing day-to-day technical direction to other support roles.
