We are seeking an experienced Front Officer Recruiter to support the Global Corporate and Investment Banking line of business across EMEA for our client. You will be recruiting all levels of experienced hire from Analyst through to Managing Director. Roles span Advisory, M&A, Capital Markets, EMEA Country Coverage and industry groups.



The role entails partnering with GCIB to help formulate hiring plans, track progress through the year against that plan and manage hiring approvals. Recruiters will work with internal candidates as well as leveraging a wide range of routes to market; partnering with executive search firms, engaging with direct applicants, employee referrals as well as proactive talent pooling. In addition, this position will provide key partnership to the business and global stakeholders in order to proactively review and define the Diversity and Inclusion agenda and develop strategies to meet short and long term goals.



Previous recruitment experience within front office, ideally within Investment Banking is preferred.
