We need an experienced Residential Property Manager to join this team and deliver strong results.



You will successfully manage a portfolio of approximately 100 properties, enjoy building and maintaining relationships with tenants and owners, conduct routine inspections, negotiate lease renewals and prepare condition reports. We are looking for someone who loves delivering quality customer service and goes beyond the call of duty.



You'll need experience working as a Property Manager previously, a current Certificate IV in Property and a motivated and team focused approach. You will enjoy working with an established and supportive team, be rewarded with an excellent career opportunity and a competitive remuneration package including vehicle.
