This multinational Real Estate Agency offers comprehensive Sales and Property Management services to their clients and combines modern marketing techniques with old fashioned values and quality people interaction to remain at the forefront of the Darwin market. As their team continues to grow, they need an experienced Property Manager to support this continued growth and manage a busy portfolio.
Your role will be busy and varied and responsibilities include effectively and professionally managing a rent roll of around 100 fabulous properties, handling new lease applications, managing lease renewals, conducting periodic and final inspections, liaising with tenants, landlords and subcontractors to manage maintenance requests.
Working on a Monday to Friday roster, you'll have a motivated and positive attitude, be professionally presented and have a high attention to detail. In this role you will enjoy ongoing industry training and the opportunity to continue your career with an industry professional. A current Agents Representative Licence and NT driver's license is essential.
