This emerging privately owned SME business based in Melbourne CBD has various sites spread across Australia with also a global presence. They are now seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.



As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the client group of 500+ employees and you will be a true generalist in this position. You will be responsible for providing all HR advice, dealing with employee relations matters, including award interpretation and the FairWork Act. This role will also be responsible for the Occupational Health and Safety on a national basis as well as developing and maintaining all HR policies and procedures.



To be successful in this role, you will be technically strong in all facets of Human Resources. You will partner at a senior level, including Director and Senior Stakeholders within the business. This role may also require interstate travel. This is an excellent opportunity for you to join an emerging privately owned organisation and utilise your generalist HR and OH&S skills.
