HR Management Associate Program Job Description



We are looking for energetic, highly motivated individuals to participate in HP's HR Management Associate Program (HR MAP). HP wants people who can bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives into our organization and in turn will provide participants the ability to start down the path of becoming one of our next generation, world-class HR leaders.



Our program is designed to mentor and develop talented individuals with strong leadership potential and strategic thinking capability. If you have the ability to elevate organizational capability and create a performance-driven culture through change management, effective organization design, and talent management, HR MAP may be for you.



Well-rounded HR functional depth, business exposure and global orientation are critical in our HR leaders; therefore this program offers three, eight-month rotations in the following areas, with one of the rotations being an international rotation out of your home country:




  • Business HR

  • Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits)

  • Global Talent (Talent and Performance Management)

  • Mergers and Acquisitions

  • Workforce Planning

  • Staffing

  • HR Global Operations

  • Learning and Development






In addition to these assignments, we provide international exposure through global summits and consulting projects to enable our program members to develop global sensitivity and exposure to the many different countries and regions where HP does business. This program can be customized to participant interest and will offer formal and on-the job training, as well as tailored mentoring and coaching.



Qualifications :


Education and Experience



  • Master's or MBA degree in HR Management, HR Development, Industrial and Labor Relations, OD, IO Psychology, Learning and Development, Business Administration, or related field

  • 3-5 years professional experience in business, HR, or related field preferred; uniquely qualified candidates with less experience may be considered






Work Status



  • Must have authorization to work in the China without company sponsorship
