Our client a highly respected international legal firm with offices in Belfast is conducting a search for a solicitor with experience in professional indemnity matters to handle a broad range of claims, from technical construction disputes on behalf of contractors and construction consultants; to breach of fiduciary duty\trust claims involving solicitors; to claims against accountants and financial services professionals with regards to the likes of taxation and investments



Candidate

Requirements:



The team's case load is predominantly in litigation and dispute resolution with little non-contentious work. The team is recruiting for a solicitor between the 1- 5 year PQE level to assist the partners with their case load, and to manage their own case load, of a wide variety of construction and professional indemnity cases, and to assist with the day to day supervision and support of other members of the team.



Salary:



The salary will range up to £37500 subject to relevant experience
