Venue IT Manager (VITM) - (6 months Contract)

Singapore, SG - Information Technology and Services

- Carries out space planning for all Atos spaces at the assigned venues

- Participate in the production of venue project plans

- Works closely with the Venure Technology Manager to ensure that the IT planning for the Venue is completed; produces and is responsible for all IT equipment orders, delivery and installation at his/her venues

- Coordinates the design of the Venue IT infrastructure

- Identifies and reports to the Complex Manager those problems that are likely yo affect the quality of the Operations

- Identifies and reports to the Implementation Manager those problems that are likely to affect the quality if installation and commissioning at the Venue

- Manages and coordinates the production of operational procedures for his/her venues

- Whilst acting as Installation Coordinator for his/her scond Venue, is responsible for managing the delivery of equipment, the installation team and supplier staff at the Venue

- Ensures adequate provision of Helpdesk services for supporting User requests for information and problem at his/her Venues

- Works closely with the Central Operations Manager to ensure that the Venue Operational requirements and procedures are coordinated with the central procedures and processes

- Works closely with the IT suppliers, to ensure their commitments for the Operations at his/her Venues are in sync with what is requested

- Works closely with the Implementation Manager to ensure that Implementation planning and installation management are correctly carried out
