Building a High Performance Sales Force
The MNC is an American conglomerate that has experienced expedited global expansion. Now it employs around 107,000 people around the world. China is regarded as a developing market with good growth potential, therefore the company is now looking for an HR Manager to help build a high performance sales force.
As a senior HR Business Partner, you will be supporting sales functional leaders in Headquarter on workforce planning & deploying, people recruiting & development, performance management & organizational development, etc. Specific accountabilities will include providing sound suggestion to sales functional leader on people hiring solution, building up sales talent pipeline, contributing to people cost control, etc.
For this challenging role, you are expected to have a bachelor degree or above, preferably in HR or Law. You are also required to have at least 8 years' experience in HR function, with at least 5 years' overall HR expertise (ideally as HR BP in big MNC). You are supposed to be strong in training & coaching skills, good cross-functional communication skills, and fluent oral and written English skills. Experience in FMCG or other commercial industry will help you succeed in this role.
