We are currently recruiting for a major real estate business that has a large internal projects team that manage multiple commercial towers around the Sydney CBD.



This CBD-based role will work exclusively on a prestigious commercial/retail tower and assist the Engineering Manager to deliver a programme on commercial fitouts on various levels. Your role will be responsible for the full life-cycle of projects from procurement and tender/contract management to planning and management of subcontractors. This is a fast paced fully operational environment with various sized projects.



You will be able to demonstrate a solid commercial fitout background from the local market coupled with strong mechanical and electrical services experience. Interested candidates need to have a proactive attitude, be well presented and have good communication skills.
