Spectra QEST is a software development and services company specialising in solutions for the construction materials engineering, testing, inspection and production industries. With continuing success and growth, they are looking for a self-motivated Engineering professional to join their team as an Implementation Specialist.
Working closely with their customers, you'll be involved throughout the end to end lifecycle of projects being responsible for rolling out and implementing the specific tailored system and software package for each client. Receiving additional training will enable you to conduct project planning, compile documentation, configure the system package, deliver user training and coordinate internal development. You will provide your expertise and support to customers throughout the cycle and add value by suggesting improvements to business processes using your self-driven, customer-focussed and organised disposition.
You'll be a degree qualified engineer across civil or civil/environmental and possess experience preferably gained within the construction materials or Geotechnical testing space, ideally with some laboratory exposure. A team-player, you'll need experience in managing or coordinating projects and show that you can build and maintain trusted relationships with a wide range of customers.
