This is an opportunity to join a Government Contact Centre Team based in central Sydney where a commitment to quality customer service underpins the focus of this client focused team.



This is a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be working in a very dynamic environment, handling calls from the general public that will continually vary in nature and complexity, no two calls will be the same. You will receive ongoing training to develop your knowledge and skills to ensure that you are able to answer each call effectively and efficiently.



To be successful in the role you need to posses previous customer service experience, obtained within a call centre, or possibly a retail/hospitality environment; have strong English written communication; fast, accurate data entry skills; be comfortable with Microsoft packages; as well as excellent and clear verbal communication.



You will work on a weekly roster Monday to Friday working 9.00am to 5.00pm. In return you will receive a salary of approximately $54k + super, industry leading training, and a real opportunity to start a career within a Government Department.
