Description
Scheduling: setup, coordination, and maintenance of multiple project schedules
Communication: notify all teams regarding schedules and assigned tasks, ensure all tasks are completed
Meeting Facilitation: prepare the agenda, drive meetings, keep discussion points on track, distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on issues and resolution
Documentation: create/maintain project related documents, create and provide status reports, review BOMs and quotes to ensure accuracy, create and update a FileMaker database or wiki for project related items
Managing Projects: manage tasks for multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, manage resources, set dates and goals, check progress regularly, anticipate obstacles and make the necessary adjustments to ensure on-time delivery in spite of unanticipated problems, work with various teams to find long term solutions
Meeting Deadlines: ability to meet deadlines in a fast-past, changing environment and successful completion of all project tas
