My client a leading mining and resources business, is seeking a very high level commercial litigator for a completely unique opportunity based in the CBD.



The successful candidate will work in a small team and take responsibility for a highly varied role, which will require extensive experience in pure commercial litigation, arbitration, mining, joint ventures, defamation etc. You will have worked to a very high level (either as a Partner or Special Counsel) and will have had regular appearances in both the Supreme and Federal court, briefing out to Barristers as well as preparing their own court documents.



Candidates will have a minimum of 8 years PAE and are likely to be at either Special Counsel or Partner level. This role will in require someone who is able to work in a highly demanding environment and be on hand to offer high level advice sometimes outside of working hours.
