Legal Counsel 3-5 PQE

The continued expansion of a Europe-originated financial services provider has created an expansion opportunity for a junior legal counsel.



A major task for the new lawyer will be to review, draft and negotiate various legal agreements, including financial, investment and general commercial documents. You will also advise in respect of new product issues and regulatory restraints, and liaise with external counsel.



Applicants will need 3 or more years of post qualification legal experience in Hong Kong, preferably in handling commercial, investment, SFC and/or insurance-related work. Fluent English and Chinese are required. Being familiar with financial regulations would give you an advantage.



You will need to be a team player, eager to learn and able to work to deadlines.
