This impressive statutory organisation is currently seeking a lawyer with experience processing Freedom of Information requests to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation which can offer you an attractive remuneration package and an active, dynamic working environment.



Reporting to the manager of the division, you would be dealing primarily with FOI and Privacy requests. This team deals with very topical FOI requests so discretion is of the utmost importance. You will manage reviews and matters that progress to VCAT.



To be successful for this role, you will be a qualified legal practitioner with 2-4 years experience and have proven experience in dealing with Privacy and FOI matters. You should be highly motivated and passionate about your work. This role will offer a high degree of autonomy and you will been committed to hitting targets and seeing your cases through.
