We are currently recruiting for a leading Industry Association who are passionate about the early childhood education and care sectors. They are looking for a passionate and committed Senior Policy Adviser to support the Research and Advocacy unit who will positively represent the position of its members and enhance its position as the national peak body and leading lobbyist.



This role will require you to conduct research, analyse results and make strategic recommendations in relation to early childhood education and care policy in a logical and concise manner. Your ability to pose a well thought out and balanced argument will prove an invaluable skill in order to successfully carry out this role. You will be required to give high level advice and make informed decisions from a regulatory and policy perspective by considering all possible environmental factors and data from a range of sources.



A tertiary qualification in public policy, social science or a related area and experience in a similar role is essential. Please note this client is based on the central coast.



Experience in Early Childhood Education or Child Protection Legislation will be viewed favourably.
