Warehouse Operations Manager

Due to an internal promotion our client has an exciting opportunity to join a well established organisation.This is a Monday - Friday role and we are looking for a candidate to ensure efficient operational and financial running of Goods Inwards and Goods Outwards through effective leadership and management, within corporate guidelines and agreed budgets, ensuring excellent customer care.



Candidates must ensure that labour costs fall within targeted costs through implementation of robust control mechanisms. Ensure that compliance is to standard through the achievement of KPI's. Monitor productivity performance with General Manager in all areas of responsibility. Effectively implement all inventory management procedures related to Goods in and out .



You will provide effective leadership to a team of managers plus over 100 staff and motivation through team briefings. Recruit , train and develop all direct reports.



To be considered for this role candidates must have experience of managing managers as direct reports and managing teams in a fast moving and changing environment. Ideally production experience too and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
