HR Reporting Specialist

My client is a busy operational site based in North Essex. They have a large HR team and would like to appoint an additional member to support them for 12 months. Candidates must have a car and be available on short or immediate notice:






To provide effective systems support and MI reporting service for all HR systems, working as an integral member of the HR Service Centre Team for a fixed period of 12 months.

*To work closely with other colleagues in the HR Services team, supporting as necessary to provide information and ensure an efficient service to the department customers.

*Analyse trend data and identify areas for process or system improvements.

*Provide timely and accurate HR reports, identifying the areas for concern against the set standards of performance *Serve as the HR System Super User in matters relating to system capabilities, proficiency training and extraction & manipulation of decision-making information.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

*Report on Service Level metrics that will provide added value information to enable the department to improve system/process.

*Provide HR reports in a timely manner to stakeholders when requested ensuring the highest level of accuracy is maintained. Interrogate and analyse the data to highlight trends and/or areas of concern.

*Serve as the liaison point with the IT department and external systems providers on technical matters

*Ensure data is archived and securely stored in line with current legalisation.

*Provide direction and support on all reporting matters to the Group HR function

*Maintain all Management Information to ensure data is accurate and system access rights are appropriate

*Undertake project work on an ad-hoc basis, contributing to the overall strategic development of HR within the organisation

*Assist in the administration of the Cornerstone Learning & Development software

*Assist in providing a flexible support service with the HR Services team to all customers across all Business sites



Position Requirements:

*Up-to-date knowledge and experience of working with HR Information Systems in a networked environment, specifically Oracle.

*Knowledge & experience of using HR software, preferably HRMS

*Excellent IT skills and knowledge required of MS Office - particularly in the use of Excel

*Good standard of literacy, numeracy and verbal communication skills.

*Ability to communicate in a credible and confident manner at all levels in the organisation to engage staff.

*Ability to understand the importance of attention to detail.

*IT literate with extensive experience of using Excel, Power-point, Word, Outlook and OBIEE report writing, preferably with HRMS/Northgate software knowledge

*Creativity, producing new ideas and ways of doing things, combined with an ability to translate these into properly evaluated business propositions, with a plan to deliver

*Ability to communicate effectively - written and spoken.

*Commercially astute.
