Senior Build and Deploy Engineer:

Senior Build and Deployment Engineer duties would include but are not limited to

• Reviewing, building/implementing and validating/troubleshooting complex cross application releases spanning the ESM landscape
  


• Implementation planning and change management activities
  


• Working with our IT partners to improve the deployment process and reduce time to market.
  


• Required to provide technical expertise to project and program managers
  

Candidates should have a good proportion of the following:

• Previous Software Build and Deploy experience
  


• Excellent Troubleshooting and debug
  


• Strong knowledge of Scripting – Unix Shell, & Windows scripting
  


• Good knowledge of Databases (Oracle and SQL)
  


• Good knowledge of Web clients, Siteminder, Tomcat, Apache, & SOAP web interfaces
  


• Preferred to have experience with Event Driven Integration (Messaging, Publish/Subscribe, Send/Receive)
  


• Excellent communication skills
  


• Ability to develop and follow processes
  


• Practical ITIL knowledge
  


• Preferred ITIL foundation certificate.
  


• Strong knowledge of ESM Tools (HPSM, uCMDB, eBI, eNote, CIS, CDS etc)
  


• Good understanding of Interfaces architecture within ESM
  


• DNS fundamentals
  


• TCP/IP high level familiarity (tcp connections, etc.)
  


• Firewalls – high level familiarity
  


• Network Load Balancing high level concepts
  


• Active Directory authentication (users/groups/general security concepts)
  


• Good knowledge of Java Scripting
  


• Good knowledge of Visual basic
  


• Good knowledge of jgroups
  


• Preferred to have experience with SM Tailoring
  


• Preferred to have experience with .NET and REST, WCF, JSON, XML, XSL, entity framework skills
  


• Have a strong understanding Strong understanding of technology in direct responsibility.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
