Description


Develops and delivers software platform, computer vision, image/video processing and machine learning algorithms for next generation computing interfaces. The candidate will work on computer vision research while developing technology for next generation products.


Responsibilities


• Algorithm research and development


• Application development


• Prototype solutions for proof of concept, and develop and deliver production solutions to the product team


• Collaborate with team to generate new ideas and build optimal solutions to improve the user experience






Qualifications

Education and Experience


Required: Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering plus 5 or more years of relevant experience


Knowledge and Skills


• Computer vision algorithm development and optimization with CPU, DSP or GPU


• Machine learning


• Agile


• Statistics and data analysis


• C#, Java, Javascript, HTML/CSS, C, C++, OpenCV, IPP and OpenCL


• Strong oral and written communications skills


• Relevant work experience


• Rapid Prototyping


• Specific knowledge in any of the following is a plus


• digital camera pipelines


• image and video processing


• object detection and tracking


• pattern recognition


• gesture recognition


• sensor fusion


• 3D vision


• machine learning
