A market leading insurance company focusing primarily on life assurance are now recruiting an internal auditor. This company is expanding globally with offices in North America and the Far East.

In this internal audit position you will assist in carrying out specific audit projects and liaise with senior stakeholders on a daily basis to test internal controls and the effectiveness of internal procedures and financial processes. With a high amount of exposure to the wider business you gain a broad perspective of this company and build up your knowledge of the global insurance market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part or newly qualified candidate who is looking to build on current external audit experience or develop internal audit experience in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities include:

-Dealing with day to day issues that are brought up by the CEO and senior stakeholders

-Liaising with the international team and cooperating on global audits

Ideal candidate:

-This position requires the candidate to be eligible to work in the UK

-Maximum 1-3 years PQE

-Will have current experience of external or internal audit in the insurance sector

-Strong communication and influencing skills
