We have an excellent opportunity for a Lead Application Developer to support a key account in providing maintenance and enhancements of existing web based internet applications. You will have the opportunity to provide planning and design support for the development of solution architectures, and be responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client in accordance with an agreed technical design. You will create, review & maintain the necessary technical specifications, integration testing specifications, deployment plans & instructions, and process documentations, transforming business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions based on technical capability, functionality, cost vs benefit and risk criteria.

Qualifications
Applicants should have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering with major in computer or IT and a minimum 7 years of industry experience in java development, preferably in large scale bespoke applications development and support projects. You must demonstrate expertise across both .Net and Java development platforms. Your technical area of expertise will include mastery Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Core Java, J2EE related technologies as well as expert knowledge and skill to renown frameworks like nHibernate, Hibernate, Apache Commons, Spring, Struts2, jQuery. You should also have experience on application performance tuning.
