ISDA Negotiator - Associate

A new opportunity exists with a top tier US bank currently seeking to recruit high-calibre ISDA Negotiator - Associate to support their Institutional Documentation team for Hong Kong as well as for the Asia-Pacific region.



Your primary responsibilities would be to negotiate relationship documentation, including ISDA Master Agreements, CSA's, guaranties and ancillary documents. You would also be liaising with various departments, and be the first point of contact for a variety of queries, you would be exposed to a breath of work that would enable great development opportunities. You would be also assessing and implementing global regulatory changes affecting the trading and documentation of such transactions.



To be suitable for the role, you would have a bachelor's degree ideally in Business or Law with a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in negotiating ISDAs and/or other derivative agreements. You would have strong knowledge of derivatives, fixed income related products; and be able to negotiate documents independently and with little supervision. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills ; Fluency in English is a must.
