An exciting job has arisen for an ambitious and experienced HR Business Partner and Team leader to join a well known employer of choice located in the heart of London. You will be joining a HR team of 12 supporting the Consultancy division and will be working as part of a wider team.

This commercial and client-focussed team is seeking to increase its opportunities for partnering with business leaders in bringing innovative and proactive solutions to the Talent agenda whilst optimising business performance. As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be supporting the development and implementation of Talent and HR solutions across the business. The role will also be responsible for driving a range of projects and coaching and developing the HR team.

You will demonstrate your skills and knowledge in key areas such as talent management, change management, analytics and HR process and policy. You will develop and implement approaches for delivering the firm-wide Talent goals, coach business stakeholders on dealing with complex people related challenges and lead the team to continuously improve and deliver HR processes, including reward, performance management and promotion, pipelines management and assessment processes.

The successful candidate will be able to evidence a strong proven track record of experience and competency in areas consisting of Team Leadership, Talent Management, Change Management, Analytic, and HR specialist/generalist. You will be motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable working within a fast paced environment.
