Do you have excellent JavaScript skills and a passion for making websites the best they can be? As part of the Optimost consulting team, you will work in a fun, fast-paced environment to deliver marketing optimization solutions that make the web better. You will use your JavaScript coding skills along with our world-class product suite to create business value for our customers by implementing multivariate and A/B tests, personalized content and advanced analytics. This is a client-facing role and you will work closely with our account managers to advise customers on how to get the best from our products, giving you scope to grow your career along a consulting/account management career path, as well as HP’s technical career path.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement multivariate and A/B tests using JavaScript, HTML and CSS via the Optimost platform

• Understand technical detail of customer websites in order to, using only JavaScript/CSS, add innovative visual, layout, and functionality enhancements to existing customer pages

• Debug and perform quality assurance on own and peers’ code, as well as working with internal and customer QA teams to ensure we deliver only the highest quality code

• Work closely with Customer Success Managers and customers to understand requirements

• Advise customers on feasibility of requirements, provide realistic deadlines and meet them

• Onboard new customers by assisting with implementation of JavaScript tags and explaining product features

Assist with technical questions during the sales process
Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience of programming with JavaScript, HTML and CSS

• Has used DOM manipulation, AJAX and regex at an advanced level and debugged and tested these cross-browser.

• Experience of JavaScript libraries e.g. jQuery

• Knowledge of frameworks such as angular.js is beneficial

• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with exceptional organizational skills, demonstrable experience of delivering to deadline.

• Proven experience of delivering proactive, credible, and responsive service to clients while working in a client-facing role
