This global reinsurance firm is looking for an experienced reinsurance professional to take up a position as Head of Capital Management. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a rare opportunity for a senior finance or actuarial candidate, with a proven track record in capital management, to join a well respected and fast growing international business.



The successful candidate will be expected to supervise, and report on, the firm's capital management framework across the region and will be expected to monitor and keep abreast of changes within the regulatory environment. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to produce and manage the firm's economic balance sheet for the main entities in the region.



With a proven track record in financial reporting and capital management, the successful candidate will ideally have an actuarial background (or training). Candidate with a background in audit would be considered favourably for this role, as would candidates with good exposure to the insurance/reinsurance industry.
