We are looking for an innovative, methodical, and committed HR head to lead the team and introduce substantive changes in HR. This person will create HR system & rules from scratch, while proactively liaising with the top management on implementing the policy. This position is supported by 2 or more subordinates and will be communicating in both English and Japanese.

An ideal candidate must have 10+ years experience as an HR Manager or HR Director in leading international organizations. We are seeking a senior HR with a proven record in Change Management, General HR Management, and Team Management. Someone who has demonstrated strong negotiation skills in English and Japaense would be suitable.
