My client is a leading providing of Aged Care Services. Due to continued success they are seeking to recruit an Aged Care Coordinator to join their team based south of the river.



Within the role, you will provide clinical leadership alongside facilitating the actual provision of services.



The ideal candidate will be AHPRA registered and be seeking to utilise their role more within a project facilitation capacity.



Other skills will include;



- Conducting clinical assessments

- Leading and mentoring the team

- Working closely with other clinical teams

- Work with new residents of facilities
