Service Delivery Manager

Cambridge, United Kingdom, GB - Information Technology and Services

Service Delivery Manager / Service Desk Manager - required for an initial 3 month contract, with the strong potential of extending. This is for a client based just outside of central Cambridge, with a strong foothold in their market.



The successful candidate will need to have proven experience within the following areas;



Experience of leading a Service Desk function and has a broad understanding of ITIL best practice.

People management experience

Experience within a customer service environment

Familiar with all Microsoft technologies used at the desktop Preferred / likely experience & technical abilities

Recognised qualification in ITIL (Foundation essential, practitioner preferable)· Knowledge of MS Technologies in use by the group
