Graduate General Practice Surveyor - Corporate Real Estate

The successful candidate will be managing the day-to-day running of the commercial property portfolios of Blue Chip organisations overseeing maintenance and refurbishment projects, managing service charge budgets, and contributing to asset management and development opportunities, working alongside other experienced Surveyors.



That's why we are looking for individuals with a relevant degree in Real Estate, working towards MRICS or looking to become qualified. To be successful in the role, you will be driven and used to working in a fast paced environment. You will be a team player and ambitious to take a pro-active role in the continued growth of the business.



The remuneration will be depending on skills and experience, up to £25,000 plus car and generous company benefits. Full support for the APC will be provided.
