Job Description



Security and Risk professionals develop and deliver solutions that protect enterprise systems, applications and data by establishing policies, practices and tools that prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification or disruption.



Identity and Access Management professionals design and deliver solutions for establishing system user's credentials and processes for applying those credentials to access enterprise systems and applications.



Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.



Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.



Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accentureon matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.



Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.



Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.



Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture







You will be efficient in leading the effort tolead the effort to enable Accenture and its clients to generate global impact through identification, development and implementation of proprietary and innovative ideas. You will be involved in create, implement and manage a program office function in support of the execution of delivery or product work. You will be involved in. monitoring and report progress to key stakeholders. You may have responsibilities for the financial and operational management



Typical responsibilities include:-



• Design and architect solutions that cover the people, process and technology aspects of IAM



• Configure, customise and integrate commercial off-the-shelf IAM products in a client environment



• Participate in testing and deployment of IAM solutions in a client environment



• Provide technical support and trouble-shooting of IAM solutions



• Participate in the preparation of proposals and reports for clients



• Assist with development of work plans and day-to-day management of project activities



• Identify opportunities for additional security work within existing engagements



The successful candidate will have the following:



Technical Skill Requirements

• Performing enterprise wide security architecture design to support the implementation of both back-end enterprise scale business applications such as SAP and Oracle, and customer facing applications at the digital tier.


• Securing business application architectures (eg ERP, CRM, Portal, Content Management) as well as more general IT Security architecture skills.


• Implementing security authorisation architectures including role based access models, security controls and enhanced procedures to maintain the integrity of the security model.


• Designing and implementing governance, risk and compliance tools such as SAP and Oracle’s GRC stack

Professional Skill Requirements

• Proven ability to build, manage and lead within a team-oriented environment.


• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.


• Desire to work in an information systems environment.


• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Experience Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in security architecture design and implementation
