Brazil's Oi focused on cash flow, capex hinges on cost cuts -CEO

SAO PAULO, March 27 (Reuters) - Brazilian telecommunications firm Oi SA is working to improve cash flow, so capital spending this year will depend on how much cost cutting it can carry out, Chief Executive Bayard Gontijo told analysts on an earnings call on Friday.
