Reporting to a Commercial Manager with broad regional responsibilities across sales, business performance, customer relations, pricing and costing, you will be working within a stable team who play a strong mentoring role.
Key focus areas include financial and sales reporting, review of costings and pricing for tender preparation, provide sales and commercial analysis for inclusion into client proposals and providing support to the sales team regionally. On a weekly and monthly basis you will play a key role in preparing financial and management reporting, assist in budget preparation, cash flow forecasting and variance analysis. On an ad hoc basis, supporting the commercial team, you will be responsible for analysis and reporting by customer, product and market segment as well as detailed trend analysis and review of competitor information.
Other weekly and monthly tasks include production of manufacturing tracking reports, intercompany reporting and balance sheet reconciliations. You will liaise across the business with supply chain, production,finance and operations and this role will give you exposure to these elements of the organisation and aid your understanding and career development.
