Senior Manager, Total Rewards

An established and expanding telecommunications giant is looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to oversee policies and frameworks with regard to implementation of essential remuneration policies and programs. Working closely with key stakeholders and HR business partners, you will lead and manage a team on major performance management exercises, talent retention as well as reviewing of sales incentives framework. You shall also work closely with the group on reviewing of rewards related matters and corporate functions.
With over eight years of C&B experience preferably within the high-tech / healthcare / public sector settings, you will be highly analytical, have strong business acumen and professionalism, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and employees of all levels. You will also possess strong leadership capabilities, and be pro-active to take on HR operational work anytime.
