An outstanding full-time opportunity, to support a well-known and respected local Manufacturing business with vital operational and front of house reception service. Based near the centre of Scunthorpe, the position provides clean and modern offices and a fast paced yet team orientated working environment. With an immediate start this temporary job comes with the prospect of long-term and even permanent employment for the right candidate



Given the nature of the business the role requires a hard-working, self-starting and proactive Receptionist, offering first class service, communication and administrative support functions throughout the business. As the first point of contact to the business the receptionist is trusted to provide a warm, professional and efficient welcome to the organisation, ensuring visitors are attended to, whilst maintaining health, safety and policies of the business. During meetings it is the responsibility of the Receptionist to arrange and co-ordinate rooms, attendees, agendas and refreshments. As communication is key to the success of this position, guaranteeing the busy switchboard is answered, messages for internal members are taken and distributed accurately, as well as ensuring written communication incoming and outgoing for the business is controlled accordingly.



By request of the client it is essential that the successful applicant comes with a wealth of recent experience in a similar reception position, they are capable with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and Outlook and it is preferred that they have their own transport.
