A senior-level procurement job has been created to be based in the London Head Office at one of the world's leading financial services organisations. This top 10 financial institution are in the process of building their senior level procurement capability in London and as a result they are currently hiring a number of key individuals. This is a very high profile role, which will see you joining a highly talented senior management team, which operates with a global remit. Whilst the organisation is well-established, you would be joining a procurement function which is going through a significant period of transition, so there is a lot of opportunity for both autonomy and to make a real difference. If you're a high performer, this could be a career changing opportunity for you.



This role would see you working as part of their leading SRM function and you would be mainly looking after technology suppliers. The business is going through a significant period of change, which has seen them making dramatic changes across Technology. This role is for a subject matter expert across SRM and you would be responsible for developing this area as a centre of excellent. This would include taking responsibility for supplier development, performance, contract management as well as risk mitigation.

By joining such a high-profile organisation you need to be capable of change, and able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You should be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder relationship skills as well as proven leadership qualities. You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong technology supplier management background.
