Hays is recruiting Managers for Manchester and Birmingham as part of the continued expansion of the Healthcare division.

We are looking for experienced senior consultants, team leaders and managers, with experience of healthcare recruitment in both the public and private sector.

You will be running a successful team of temporary consultants with high activity levels and have a knowledge of agency nursing, nurse banks, and client portals. You will be familiar with all aspects of candidate attraction and business development in this shortage market, and used to working at high levels of customer service.

You will be joining the fast growing Healthcare division and have an opportunity to build on businesses that are already active in the North West and the Midlands supplying leading NHS Trusts, private sector healthcare hospitals, prisons, and mental health partnerships.

Our managers in London and Leeds have built major businesses in the last 2 years, now its your chance to take the next step in your career.

You will be fee earning and managing a team of consultants and resourcers. You will be committed to quality and safety, and the role requires a pace and attention to detail that is expected of every Hays manager.

£30000 - £34000 per annum + comms
