The Mobilization Manager is responsible for and delivering a suite of services in the Application Services Mobilization service catalogue including AO/IO Mobilization, SI Project Mobilization, Delivery Effectiveness and Service Management consulting services.

Qualifications

• 2 years Mobilization for AO experience

• Understanding of Accenture Delivery Methods for Service Introduction/Mobilisation, Accenture Delivery Methods Program, and Project Management,

• Application Outsourcing delivery experience an asset

• Accenture Delivery Methods for Service Delivery an asset

• PPSM Certification at Specialist Level

• ITIL Foundation V3

Excellent organisation and time management skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
