An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced body corporate/strata manager to join a highly reputable and well respected agency who is continually seeking to enhance their reputation within all aspects of the Canberra property market.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of a portfolio of properties which will include hosting annual meetings, developing strategies to achieve business growth and meet and exceed the client's expectations. Working with a highly professional team, you will be involved with all administration, general accounting, financial reporting and budgeting and contract management. You will liaise regularly with the owner's corporations and executive committees

Experience with strata laws and residential leasing is regarded highly, however attitude, confidence and exceptional people skills are also pivotal to this role.
