This prominent institution is striving to make a difference in their community by continuously improving their built environment. A developer in their own right, they have an exciting project in the early stages which has seen the need for an experienced Development Manager to join their dedicated team.

Working with the Director of Development you will be responsible for coordinating the feasibility phase of an exciting mixed-use development. Managing EOI's and RFP's you will establish relevant briefs, negotiate contracts and agreements and coordinate consultants. With excellent communication skills you will effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for the administrative function of the role, taking meeting minutes and producing reports that are essential to progress this very important development.

To be successful in this position you will hold degree qualifications in Property or a related industry. You will have prior experience working as a Development Manager, with a specific focus on the planning and negotiation phases of projects. With demonstrated understanding of contract management and procurement you will be a process driven individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Available for an immediate start, this is a contract position with the prospect to extend or move to permanency. Offering a varied role working on an exciting development this is an opportunity not to be missed.
