This exciting appointment offers an opportunity to work for a national leading property group and ASX listed business. Based in the Perth CBD, their portfolio of owned and managed assets spans across multiple asset types. The business is now seeking to appoint a Senior Property Manager to join their highly proficient and professional Office & Industrial property management team.

You will be responsible for managing a number of office and industrial properties including a brand new office asset and an ever growing industrial portfolio. As part of your day to day responsibilities, you will be required to oversee all financial management and reporting, reduce and maintain arrears whilst negotiating all lease agreements and lease renewals. You will build strong relationships, ultimately acting in collaboration with business partners with the objective of providing quality services to maximise asset performance.

As a dedicated and passionate property professional, you will boast a recognised qualification and have extensive experience managing office and industrial properties. A financially astute, commercially minded individual, you will enjoy involvement in a range of diverse property management tasks including acquisitions, disposals and valuations. You will easily adapt to a changing environment and be confident in fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
