The role of Organisational Effectiveness Operational Specialist will be a key position within the Corporate Functions, Financial Controlling - Group Commercial Finance in Paddington (UK).
Role purpose:
To deliver operational OE delivery; headcount and organisational metrics for specified functions/accounts
As Organisational Effectiveness Operational Specialist your main responsibilities will involve:
Impact on the business:
- Manage the total headcount (FTE + contractors) forecasting process aligned to finance for Group and the verticals for specified functions/accounts
- Manage reporting against organisational metrics and annual health check review
- Set up and run processes that provide assurance on total headcount reporting and forecasting including data quality
- Deliver monthly headcount reporting for Group functions and across all of Vodafone – ExCo and operational reporting processes
- Benchmark and analyse the organisation to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and support these opportunities when sponsored and agreed by the appropriate HRD
