A leading financial services institution is currently recruiting a State Manager to oversee SA and NT Premium banking division. As a leader you will inspire your team, coach and deliver on measurable results, in a high performing environment.
As a State Manager, you will be a natural coach; lead and engage a team to develop crucial business opportunities and customer relationships. The role will require working closely with the Relationship Managers to achieve and exceed financial targets and business growth, while assisting in executing transactions and delivering superior client outcomes. You will have proven experience in sales, relationship, stakeholder and risk management, dealing with business, commercial and corporate clients, being held with a high level of accountability, initiative, enthusiasm, driving and delivering on sales outcomes. It is essential for the role that you have excellent communication skills, strong commercial acumen; vision and leadership with great organisation and planning skills, to see you succeed in the role. You will be held accountable for influencing and encouraging your team in the promotion of exceeding financial objectives and profitable growth in a customer centric focus environment and displaying the Banks core values.

It is critical that you develop and maintain strong stakeholder engagement with business partners to deliver on business goals and drive the states strategic initiatives and performance.
