Our client is a global business consultancy firm based in the heart of Kuala Lumpur is seeking for an independent senior recruiter to join their growing team.
As the business has a new and growing presence in Malaysia, you will need to manage the end to end recruitment process with the liberty to source for candidates via various channels. You will be required to increase the candidate pipeline across the business, play a key role in recruitment projects, provide support to the business and build and maintain relationships with the Human Capital team as well as the business.
You'll be required to have a proven record of sourcing candidates via different channels and must be an independent self-starter with the ability to learn new processes. You'll also need good attention to detail and must be delivery focused with experience working to meet set targets.
This position offers a competitive and attractive remuneration package and will be given the opportunity to pioneer and lead the recruitment function.
