• Two Months Temporary role


• Circa $37 per hour

This well known and reputable not for profit organisation is a leader in the field of care services to clients in the North Queensland Area.



To allow them to focus on these clients, they require an experienced Program Manager to ensure the high level of quality care continues to be delivered compliant with the organisations standards.



The role will see you managing multiple programs and ensuring they are in line with legislation and policy. You will make sure these programs are delivered on time and within budget, whilst also maintaining a high level of quality. You must be a leader but also a team player, looking after staff and clients while taking responsibility for your own workload. You will be adaptable to an ever varying role, and have a good understanding of Microsoft Office.



Candidates who are immediately available and have education in Social Work, Nursing or drug and alcohol programs, as well as knowledge of quality assurance, compliance and legislation within a care organisation will be at an advantage, but this is not essential.



This role will allow you to utilise your expertise whilst feeling a sense of reward for working with clients in need. This is an immediate start temporary role for a period of approximately two months.
