Their centralised procurement function has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Category Manager to join their team and look after key construction categories. With a multi million dollar construction programme currently underway they are looking for someone who can apply their skills in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager you will provide advice in construction categories while developing and implementing effective and efficient category management while driving cost and efficiency.

To be successful in this role you will have experience within the construction industry as a key procurement advisor. You will have successfully managed end to end category management from needs analysis to benefits realisation. An excellent communicator, you will be confident in establishing and building a category plan and be excited about the opportunity for innovation and improvement. You will be confident operating in a role demanding a high level of external stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
