Purchasing Officers are required an established manufacturing organisation based in the South East of Melbourne.

There are two roles available and they are both for an initial temporary assignment expected to last 3-6 months however the more senior role would potentially become a permanent role.

The first role is predominantly a transactional purchasing/buyers role and the second role requires a candidate to have background in contract management, relationship building, the ability to negotiate and manage service level agreements.

Candidates must have experience in purchasing raw materials such as steel, aluminium and other metals.
