The Unified Communications for Enterprise Programme Manager will be accountable for the global delivery of  Vodafone’s Enterprise Unified Communications projects.

You will manage a team of project managers delivering IP Voice, Fixed Mobile Convergence, Contact Centre and Conferencing projects in many different countries. As end to end programme manager, you and your team will bring together commercial, technical, operational, and other Group work streams with the delivery and go to market work streams in the countries. 

You will:

• Manage the Unified Communications Enterprise new product development delivery
• Manage stakeholders up to MD and Enterprise Business Unit Directors
• Manage an international team of project managers
• Define and manage local deployment plans and align these with Vodafone Group
• Drive continuous improvement in project and programme management standards

As a Programme Manager you will be required to do the following:

• Manage and develop a team of project managers to deliver the Unified Communications for Enterprise product roadmap
• Manage trade-offs between scope, quality, time, and cost as well as between projects
• Be the champion of quality of delivery and programme management excellence
• Manage key programme stakeholder relationships to ensure engagement and support
• Be the escalation point for all Unified Communications for Enterprise projects
